What is MakeCode?
Microsoft MakeCode is a free, open-source code platform that allows users to write programs for a wide variety of applications even if
they have little or no previous coding experience.
Program Overview
Through the MakeCode Insiders Program, participants will have the opportunity to directly influence the future development of Microsoft MakeCode.
MakeCode Insiders will benefit by connecting with likeminded students, learning how software products are developed, meeting engineers, program managers and designers at Microsoft, and helping to influence the product roadmap.
Activities include:
- Meeting online once a week with other Insiders and members of the MakeCode team to try the product and provide feedback
- At-home explorations, like playing with guided tutorials
