set Action

Start an animation action that is attached to a sprite.

animation.setAction(null, 0)

Animations attached to a sprite have different actions. The animation is created with an action type like Walking or Jumping. This way you can activate different animations when you want to by just setting a new action.

Parameters

  • sprite: the sprite to begin and animation action for.
  • action: the animation action to start on the sprite.
